2025年2月13日、欧州委員会と欧州デジタルサービス委員会は「偽情報対策行動規範（Code of Practice on Disinformation）」を「デジタルサービス法（DSA）」の枠組みに正式に統合することを承認した。2025年7月1日から有効になる。
これにより、超大規模オンラインプラットフォーム（VLOPs）および超大規模オンライン検索エンジン（VLOSEs）は、リスク軽減義務の一環として、行動規範の遵守状況が評価される可能性がある。
DSAとは？
(1) 概要
DSAは、EUが2022年に制定した法律で、オンラインプラットフォームに違法コンテンツ管理とシステム的リスクの軽減措置を義務付ける。特にVLOPs/VLOSEsには以下の義務がある。
- 第34条：偽情報、外国の情報操作、選挙の透明性、公衆衛生リスクなどの「システム的リスク」を特定・分析
- 第35条：リスク軽減措置の実施
- 第37条：リスク軽減義務の履行状況について独立監査を受ける
偽情報対策行動規範とは？

2018年に欧州委員会主導で策定された業界規範で、Google、Meta（Facebook・Instagram）、Microsoft、TikTokなどが署名している。
