- Fear-mongering（恐怖）：公的機関への不信、食品の「毒性」強調、伝統的食文化との対比などによって不安を喚起。
- Joy-mongering（喜び）：個人の「劇的改善」ストーリー、レシピ、活力の回復など、自己実現を強調したポジティブなナラティブ。
- Sprinkling（混入）：主にフィットネスや美容、ライフスタイル投稿のなかに偽情報を散りばめ、見落とされやすくする。

エビデンスとの乖離と、制度的応答の課題
報告書は、WHOやEAT-Lancet、各国の栄養ガイドラインをもとにした「栄養的ベースライン」との整合性も評価している。その結果、スーパー・スプレッダーによる主張の多くが以下の点で逸脱していた：
- 植物性食品の摂取量が極端に少ない
- 飽和脂肪の過剰摂取を奨励
- 栄養的多様性とバランスを否定
