Project Lakhtaとの連携

Storm-1516は、もはや「誤情報投稿の連続」ではなく、分業化された諜報・広報ネットワークとして機能している。その特異性は次の三点に集約できる。

- 技術的多層構造と人的連携の混合型IMS
- 既存IMS（Lakhta、Portal Kombat）との横断的ネットワーク接続
